You can cancel your purchase and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
How to return an item
- Email support@sissy-shop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return (you can also use the withdrawal form below).
- We reply with the return address in Bulgaria.
- Pack the items unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and accessories, and send them back within 14 days of your message.
Return shipping costs
The cost of sending items back is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us.
Refunds
We refund the price of the returned items, including the original standard delivery cost if any, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the items arrive back or you show proof of dispatch. The refund uses the same payment method you paid with (card via Stripe or PayPal).
Hygiene exception
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, panties and lingerie delivered in sealed packaging can only be returned if the seal has not been removed.
Faulty or wrong item?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo. In that case we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
