1. Seller
These terms apply to all orders placed at sissy-shop.com with [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], registration no. [REG NO], email support@sissy-shop.com (“we”).
2. Contract
Product listings are an invitation to order. By clicking “Place order” you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation or ship the goods. The contract language is the language of the website version you use.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and are final prices; shipping within our delivery area is free. [VAT NOTE – to be confirmed]. Payment is made by card via Stripe or by PayPal and is charged when you place your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page. Orders are processed within 3 working days and delivered within 4–10 working days. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods. Details, the exception for sealed hygiene products and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns & Refunds page. The direct cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer.
6. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights for consumers apply. Please report obviously damaged or wrong items within 14 days of delivery so we can help quickly.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
9. Disputes and applicable law
