Which size should I choose?
Our clothes follow Asian sizing, which runs about one size small. Measure your chest and waist in centimetres and compare them with our size guide. If you have broad shoulders or are between two sizes, choose the bigger size.
Are the dresses suitable for men?
Yes. Most styles come in sizes S to 5XL or 6XL and are popular with men, crossdressers, femboys and trans women.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 3 working days. Delivery then takes 4–10 working days with tracking.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is free to all EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway, the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Monaco.
Will I pay customs fees?
No customs inside the EU, because we ship from Bulgaria. For Switzerland, Norway, the UK, Iceland and Liechtenstein the carrier may charge local import VAT or duties.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. For an exchange, return the item and place a new order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard and more) via Stripe, and PayPal.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Not at the moment – we currently deliver only within Europe.
