Delivery times
- Processing: up to 3 working days after payment.
- Delivery: 4–10 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Where we ship from
All orders ship from Bulgaria, inside the European Union. Customers in EU countries pay no customs duties or import VAT.
Countries we deliver to
All EU countries (including Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, the Nordic and Baltic countries, Poland, Czechia and others), plus Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Monaco and the United Kingdom.
Outside the EU
For Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom the carrier may charge local import VAT, duties or handling fees on delivery. These charges are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.
Problems with a delivery?
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days or your parcel arrives damaged, write to support@sissy-shop.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
